The head instructor at Kearney's American Karate. Born in Belfast, Ireland Master Kearney moved to the US in 1975 and has studied Martial Arts since he was 14 years old. Continuing to follow his passion and love for the martial arts he opened his first school in 1999. Master Kearney has earned a 5th degree black belt in American Karate, a 1st degree black belt in Combat Hapkido and a 1st degree black belt in AFFS System. In 2000 he traveled to Korea to study martial arts. His favorite weapon is the Nunchakus. He loves his school and takes great pride in the students he teaches and helping motivate them to achieve their goals.
A full instructor at Kearney's American Karate. Her journey in the Martial Arts all started in 2003 when she attended a buddy class with her 4 children who were already students at the school. After that buddy class she knew she wanted to study herself and has been following her passion for the Martial Arts ever since. Mrs. Pavao is a 4thDegree black belt in American Karate. Her favorite weapon is the Double Stick. She runs the Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons program at the school and her students love her. She knows how to keep the young minds focused and have fun all at the same time.
